Instead of focusing on what your SHOULDN'T be eating, why not focus on what you SHOULD be eating! By doing this, you fill your body with lots of the good stuff, that cravings for the bad stuff, just aren't as strong as they usually are! Mind Trickery at its finest ... and it works!
I try to incorporate these 5 delicious foods into my daily routine:
1. Pumpkin Seeds
2. Un-Processed Healthy Plant Fats: avocado, tahini, home-made coconut yogurt
3. Fermented Foods: sauerkraut, kimchi, chao tofu
4. Cruciferous Leafy Greens: broccoli, spinach, rapini, bok choy, gai lan, cabbage
5. Oranges
